We are so pleased that we engaged Ee to sell our home. We had lived in our home for 17 ears and it was a very hard decision to sell. We kept contacting Ee over the
years prior to deciding to sell and changed our minds several times. She was very patient with us and kept
us informed about the property market.
She and her team, Mark and Ken, worked tirelessly during the
sales campaign. We secured a price that was above our original expectations. With Ee, we didn’t feel
like clients but old friends.
After the auction, Ee did not forget us but went out of her
way and well beyond the call of duty to help us with the purchase of a new home. We came to appreciate what
a skilled agent she is and the sound knowledge she has about the inner west. She came to every
open inspection that we went to and offered us really good advice about the property. She didn’t have to do
this. Eventually, she played a crucial role in the purchase of our new home, even coming to the signing of the
contract.

Ee’s professional integrity was a factor in my decision to
buying my first Sydney property, which was a terrace in Alexandria listed with Ee. Having missed out on
three previous properties, I had pretty much given up my dream of owning my own home as I had previously
been disappointed with being out bid at auction so was out of pocket after commissioning building
inspections / searches.
Ee provided realistic guidance on price range which enabled
me to organize my finances and bidding strategy. I was so impressed with Ee that I automatically
went straight to her when I decided to sell my home. I set the reserve at a premium thinking that it was an
aspirational target, which I would probably have to revise downwards at auction, but Ee delivered an
auction sale outcome that surpassed my expectations by almost 10% above reserve.
Ee’s after sales service was also exceptional – she followed
up with the lawyers on both sides to ensure that settlement was completed on time. Ee has also worked
hard to help me find a new home even though the properties were not listed with her.
I would highly recommend Ee as she treats both buyers and
